documents, harris was angry that gyer tried to put soy sauce on his rice. he accused him of stealing his underwear during the altercation. an 8 year old girl is a victim of gun violence. she was shot while in the front yard of 65th block. this happened around 2:45. police said a] suv pulled up and as people were getting out, other people pulled out. people opened fire and the 8 year old girl was fired. the police commissioner came to the scene with a message. >> we want to make sure that the community knows we're taking it seriously. >> the girl was rushed to children's hospital. her grandmother told us the bullet passed through her right leg and she's in stable condition. the highway patrol is investigating a deadly crash

that took three lives. they think it could have been a hit and run. 21 year old hernandez was driving east bound on highway 92 when he lost control west of the foster city build exit. hernandez and two others, a pair of brothers 12 and 16 died as a result of the crash. two other teens survived. investigators are looking for anyone who witnessed what happened. the highway patrol are look being going these drivers doing doughnuts on oakland on saturday afternoon. traffic came to a stand still while the group spin encircles. this was posted on facebook and you tube. the highway patrol said it inconvenienced drivers. >> it's important that people think that it's not funny. you have a lot of people you have affected that day and it's not okay.

meteorologist is here to talk to us about pay trend i think many are going to like. >> it's going to be a quiet week. and we feel it today and mostly sunny and cool tomorrow. perhaps slightly warmer. right now it's a chilly one out side your door. 52 san francisco, 53 in oakland with a light breeze. areas like san jose checking in at 50 degrees but that breeze makes it feel like 40 degrees. it feels like low 40s than high 40s. the wind is blowing santa rosa. a nine mountain view, the back sub is up a little bit and show you what's going on. high pressure is going to be building over the area as we get into the mid week wednesday period.

right now we're on the northwest flow side. you can see how the clouds drape down the state and that last bit of moisture earlier this morning bringing sprinkles to santa fay mountains but we're driving out and that shows you the ridge over the pacific. this is going to shift east and you know when it happens because you'll be feeling the warm up. for tomorrow morning we're going to wake up clear and patchy fog, but we'll be chilly low 30s to 40s depending where you're at. as we get into the final week of january, it looks dry and temperatures will become average for this time of year. for tomorrow morning as we start the day, 33 in napa and 40 for oakland. upper 30 san jose and 33 in morg an hill, so make sure you bundle up the little ones. 58 in berkeley. upper 50s to 60s for the north bay and get into the south bay, temperatures
